Data deletion

Under applicable privacy laws (including the GDPR right to erasure where it applies, and the CCPA/CPRA right to delete for California residents), you may request deletion of personal data Kyoji Health holds about you in connection with the Kyoji Creators site and related creator application flows.

1. What we typically delete
When we honor a valid deletion request, we remove or anonymize:
- Contact details and profile-style information you submitted to us.
- Application responses we store that are not required to be retained for legal reasons.
- Preference, support-ticket, or similar records tied to your identity, where technically feasible.
2. What we may retain
We may keep certain information when the law requires or permits it, for example:
- Financial and tax records for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law.
- Security and fraud-prevention logs for a limited time in our legitimate interest.
- Data necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims until those matters are resolved.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
Where retention is required, we limit access and use to those purposes.
3. How to request deletion
Email isauraconsulting@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address you used in your creator application (if any)
- Any other identifiers that help us locate your data (for example, the social handle you listed)
- A brief description of your request
If you submitted a form through a third party (such as Typeform), you may also use that vendor's privacy tools; we will still process copies we hold once you contact us as above.
4. Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization (for example, a signed permission) and may require you to verify your identity directly before we act on the request.
5. Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm control of the email address you used or provide other reasonable verification before we delete data. We will not require you to create an account with us in order to submit a request.
6. Timing
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (for many GDPR requests, within one month, extendable by up to two further months for complex cases with notice; CCPA/CPRA requests within 45 days with a possible 45-day extension).
7. Effect of deletion
- We will close or anonymize internal records tied to your request where appropriate.
- Content you published on your own social accounts is not removed by Kyoji; you manage those platforms directly.
- Deletion may limit our ability to reinstate prior applications or communications.
8. Right to non-discrimination
We will not deny you our services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality solely because you exercised a privacy right under applicable law.
9. Supervisory authority
Kyoji Health is established in Portugal. If you are a Portuguese resident, you may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) at cnpd.pt. If you are in another EEA country or the UK, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
